One thing I can't stand is any business that intentionally leaves out certain fees you will be charged until after you have filled out all paperwork, written a check, etc. etc. At Gold's on Cap. Cir. NE, this is exactly what happened. The "last minute" Oh by the way, you need to initial this...you will also be charged $40 a year to maintain our equipment is pretty chicken if you ask me. Why not share thaty information up front instead of sneaking it in last minute? Really? I was ready to give a decent rating without even trying out the new membership yet but this type of sneaky trickery really turns me off. more

Golds' Gym is for All Ages 3/22/2011

I am almost 60 years old. I was a little scared when I first signed up. I knew there were going to be a lot of young people and I thought I might be out of place. I was completely wrong. The GG staff is incredibly nice and helpful. The younger folks have been very courteous and kind. There are people of all shapes and sizes at this facility. I feel right at home. The staff takes very good care of the equipment. They are always cleaning, wiping and cleaning some more. Folks who come to work out also are conscientious about wiping and cleaning as they go. I recommend this facility to everyone that enjoys a great environment for working out. This facility gets 5 stars! more

Gold's Gym near campus 9/14/2006

There are three locations of Gold's Gyms in Tallahassee, FL. This location is on Pensacola and is open 24 hours. The only location opened 24 hours. This location is great. The newest location so all of the equipment is new and the gym is spacious. So far it has not been too crowded there so I like it. Price to join is a little high but you can negotiate them down. But, if you join one Gold's Gym, you can get into all three locations which is very nice. more
