Review content:
There are not enough stars to rate Loree's Catering! She & her outstanding staff catered by son's wedding at an extremely challanging off-site location...the roof of a New York City building...far from downtown Bethel. First Loree made sure that she fulfilled all out wants & needs foodwise. This was all done BY EMAIL. Back & forth until it was exactly right. Nothing was out of bounds...thinking outside the box seems to be her specialty. THEN she scouted out the location beforehand to make sure that there were no surprises. She took care of not only the food but flowers, rentals, the cake and extra touches that made of the day even more special. Everyone raved about the food. I never knew that we started to run low of drinks (it was a very, very hot day)...someone was quietly dispatched, and she never missed a beat. Clean up...never saw it. Everything was accomplished without anyone realizing it. I have one other son. There is no doubt who will cater his wedding.
