Worst

While Loree's has some excellent baked goods, in reality most of their food comes off the back of a SYSCO truck that parks in their lot and unloads its frozen "goodies" every week...

Loree's Catering is an experienced, professional, reliable and TASTY caterer. Your event will shine using her! She has a wonderful selection of baked goods and prepared foods for sale at her store for those nights when you don't want to cook. Her What's For Supper classes are a great way to learn new skills and recipes and stock your fridge. I'm always sure to go there when I'm in Bethel. more

Great food and great staff 3/13/2012

Have had Loree's cater a number of events and I'm always impressed by her fresh approach to these events! Our guests are always pleased. The food is excellent and the service is top notch. I appreciate as well that Loree's doesn't oversell - she knows exactly how much food is required! Great caterer... I'll continue to use her! more

Loree's continues to amaze and delight! The food is always top notch and the variety is fresh and delicious - and reflective of the season! I'm loving the soups this season - so delicious. The baked goods are excellent as well! Highly recommend this gem in Bethel! more

I've been a big fan of Loree's Catering for many years! You can't go wrong with her meals and her service. Recommend the chicken pot pies, sandwiches made fresh in the shop, and hors d'ouevres. Her Thanksgiving meals are also a masterpiece! The events that she's catered which I've attended have always been impressive. more

Graduation Party 3/23/2011

After interviewing several different caterers, my wife and I decided to hire Loree Ogan from Loree's Kitchen to cater our high school graduation party for 60 people at our home. We were not disappointed!!! Prior to the event, her innovative ideas, her professionalism, and her thoughful suggestions were just what we needed to put our minds at ease. Her timing for the event was impeccable. The food selection was diverse, the presentation was absolutely beautiful, the quality was superb, and to this day, we still have friends that attended the party rave about "our caterer"! The staff was friendly and most accomodating. Everthing during the event was kept clean and organized. We cannot tell you how impressed we were with Loree and her staff. Many of our friends have requested her contact info for their upcoming events and we have found a friend and "our caterer" for life! On such an important day in our lives as our daughter's graduation, Loree made our event just an incredibly beautiful, happy, and memorable time. Thank you Loree and thank you to your superb staff!!! more

Wouldn't Go Anywhere Else! 3/22/2011

There are not enough stars to rate Loree's Catering! She & her outstanding staff catered by son's wedding at an extremely challanging off-site location...the roof of a New York City building...far from downtown Bethel. First Loree made sure that she fulfilled all out wants & needs foodwise. This was all done BY EMAIL. Back & forth until it was exactly right. Nothing was out of bounds...thinking outside the box seems to be her specialty. THEN she scouted out the location beforehand to make sure that there were no surprises. She took care of not only the food but flowers, rentals, the cake and extra touches that made of the day even more special. Everyone raved about the food. I never knew that we started to run low of drinks (it was a very, very hot day)...someone was quietly dispatched, and she never missed a beat. Clean up...never saw it. Everything was accomplished without anyone realizing it. I have one other son. There is no doubt who will cater his wedding. more

Advice: Stick with the baked goods, and they're ok in a pinch when you don't feel like cooking. I most certainly wouldn't get anything catered from them! more

WONDERFUL WEDDING 7/25/2007

We recently used Loree's for our wedding here in Ridgefield, and we can't say enough great things. They all worked so hard to make our special day perfect and they went beyond themselves. From the great 'kids meal' boxes to the AMAZING cake everything was perfect!! The Chicken Florentine was superbly moist and the Fillet of Sole perfectly cooked and seasoned. I would without a doubt use them again for any party we have in the future! more

Hats Off to Loree's! 7/23/2007

We just finished our second annual 4th of July party catered both years by Loree’s Catering with over 100 people in attendance at each. Both years Loree’s has handled our events without the convenience of normal electricity, water or refrigeration. (It is new [not yet completed] construction.) This year it was pouring rain so the party guests had to remain inside. Loree’s Catering did a wonderful job working in a somewhat difficult environment. The staff was very helpful and handled everything from setting up to breaking down and cleaning up and all the arrangements in between. We had numerous passed hot hors d’oeuvres and everything from hot dogs, bratwurst, hamburgers (with all the fixings) to a plank salmon, plus a multitude of salads and desserts. There were a lot of delicious foods with variety for all ages. The guests raved. I have also used Loree’s Catering for some very large celebrations at my company with guests including high ranking governmental officials. We had beautiful, delicious food displays. I plan on using them for my future events and would highly recommend them to anyone for their catering needs. more

Run The Other Way 6/24/2007

I had a simple barbeque catered by Loree's just yesterday. The staff was friendly and helpful but the food was just awful. The barbeque consisted of veggies & dip, hot dogs, hamburgers, chicken, coleslaw, red potato salad,cookies, brownies and watermelon. Lemonade and Ice Tea were also provided. I paid over $2,000 for 55 people for veggies that were obviously cut up prior to the date of my event...they were dry and old looking and served in plastic serving dishes. The rolls were cold from being refrigerated (can you believe it!.....left over from a prior party perhaps). The potato salad was watery, the chicken was precooked, the hamburgers were frozen patties. The drinks were good and the cookies and brownies were very good. The watermelon was not ripe. Anyone can have a bad day when making food but there is absolutely no excuse for serving refrigerated hotdog and hamburger rolls when you're paying close to $40 per person.....what a rip off. If you don't want to be embarrassed in front of your guests, don't use Loree's catering more

The What's for Supper program at Loree's Kitchen is simply perfect for the busy mom on the go. You assemble your own entrees from delicious options. Loree's does the shopping and the mopping. When you get home, you can refridgerate or freeze the entrees. The food is excellent. Loree's is comfortable and friendly, a great place to stock up on fresh, healthy meals for your family . more
