Good: It seemed nice from the outside and the clubhouse it beautiful.. Bad: Lots...the buildings use to get cleaned often but, now hardly ever. Elevators always smell like dog urine and front door is open more times then not. Mail area is dirty, garage is dirty and walls are paper thin. It feels like there are tons of college kids and the rental critera seems to be declining. The office does nothing about complaints other then apologize and it's always a lottery to see if you will get the only two people in the office that care. The Asst. Mgr has NO personality.. Improvements: More professional Management, better resident events, clean common areas, clean balconies and better leasing guidelines.. Other: I would say....go to Kirkland or Bellevue where there are nice apartments for the same price range. Once your a resident, they could care less. It's only about getting new people to lease..
