Brandy, the short haired woman at the lobby desk is extremely rude. Neither she nor the manager could seem to understand that when a customer calls from a "non-smoking" room that has ASHTRAYS in it and REEKS of cigarette smoke, the proper response is to apologize and try to make it right. Instead, she denied that our room smelled like a dive bar and my wife, who is allergic to smoke, would have reason to want another room. Then, after promising us a 10% discount at one point and 20% discount at another, this same manager charged us full price and made us feel like it was our fault that THEY SCREWED UP. Can't believe a manager is this poor and an employee is this rude. Unbelievable. Please look elsewhere even if you have to pay a little more
