Review content:
The main sewer line has been slow flowing for some time in our home in the Buffalo area (West Seneca). Actually, it has been a problem for a long time. The first time a Rotor-Rooter plumber visted our home was approximately over 20 years ago. I'm getting older and so is the plumbing in the home. periodically, I would snake out the line and flush it with a garden hose. But that would only last for several months before it needed to be done again. So, this time I placed a call to Roto-Rooter for help. Within 90 minutes a technician arrived. I explained to Albert my (and my wife's) concerns. I was certain that the basement floor would need to be ripped up and the line would have to be replaced at a cost of thousands of dollars. Albert assured me that probably would not be the case. The line was cleaned out under the basement floor as well as to the street. In addtion the plumber ran a camera throughout the system. I was given piece-of-mind after the viewing. Albert said that everything was OK. - What a relief. My experience with Roto-Rooter was very pleasant and assuring. Albert, the plumber/techician was extremely pleasant and very knowledgeable. THANK YOU Roto-Rooter.
