Good: Nothing. Bad: Service Sold me a chainsaw chain that was the wrong one for the saw. Sent a email week later still no response. Not the first time this has happened. Worked on my saw withing a week it was doing the same thing. Another place fixed it no problems since. Ordered a part waited over two weeks for it, nothing called and they said could no longer order it. Knew this from the start but couldnt let me know this even after leaving my phone number. Improvements: Get people who know what they are doing. Problem is it is no longer a farm store it is a city store dealing with little lawns.. Other: The store has cost me over 100.00 dollars in the past year with people not knowing what they are doing. The only reason I went last time was an emergency. I will not go to this store again and will let people know on the internet. Week later and nothing from your manager. Its all about the money to your store not the people.
