Good: Water slides are great, golf was a blast, go-carts fun.. Bad: Service or lack of customer service skills and people skills. 50 minutes to get 2 slices of pizza and 2 hot dogs. Improvements: Counter people have no service or people skills. Maybe train them according to the old addage "The customer is always right" even if they are wrong..... Other: We had a Birthday party there a week ago and it was great, the kids loved it. Our party host was the best, basically took care of everything for us.
We returned yesterday to take in the water slides which are a blast. However we had a coupon for a birthday child to use the slides free or the other attractions free. The kids running things behind the counter would not let us use it as it was 1 day before his birthday, some parents have to work and after explaining we just spent $150 on a B-day party 3.
