I don't know how others have had such bad experiences, but my experience was great. I never felt pressured, my salesmen (plural! Bill and John are both great and answered every question I asked, and they also remember me anytime I come in) were very informative and offered great advice. I didn't feel pressured at all. I was getting a decent deal from them on my Civic Si, and I found a better price online. I walked back in after seeing this price, said this is the price I want, and the finance department gave them the green light. They also let me wait a few days before I gave them the down payment, to where I had my car DAYS before I expected to get it. I had it the same day I told them what I wanted to pay. This was my first new car purchase and it went as smooth as can be. There was a minor paint issue with my car, and the sales department paid for it and got me a rental! I can't recommend Penske Honda enough! Don't let these other reviews sway you, as my experience has been excellent.
