Review content:
Contrary to the rumors, Townside Realtors is a great company to lease from. They respond quickly to maintenance requests and rent is reasonable. Everything is explained explicitly in their lease should conflict occur. The staff is friendly. Because they are not an on-site company, you don't have to feel like you are under the watchful eye of the management. They pay back security deposits in a timely manner and charge fairly.
