As many others that have written reviews, I locked myself out of my apartment. Unfortunately I did it on a Sunday morning when no locksmiths were working. The locksmith my building recommended didn't answer my call and I had to leave a message. Then that locksmith called back and wanted $250 to unlock my door.Ridge security & key answered my call immediately and said they could send some guys over within an hour to unlock my door! They arrived a little behind schedule as they had another job across the city, but they were able to get my door opened in less than 1 minute. Amazing, but also scary. Aren't locks designed to keep people out? I'm giving 4 instead of 5 stars only because they arrived about 45 min later than the time we scheduled, but overall the service was great. Would recommend them to anyone who's locked out.
