Had called some other locksmith and they ended up messing up the dates and trying to show up a week early. Thankfully they did that, because I ended up using Ridge security & key instead and they were great. Did not charge too much, either. I got the best locksmith and he was professional. more

As many others that have written reviews, I locked myself out of my apartment. Unfortunately I did it on a Sunday morning when no locksmiths were working. The locksmith my building recommended didn't answer my call and I had to leave a message. Then that locksmith called back and wanted $250 to unlock my door.Ridge security & key answered my call immediately and said they could send some guys over within an hour to unlock my door! They arrived a little behind schedule as they had another job across the city, but they were able to get my door opened in less than 1 minute. Amazing, but also scary. Aren't locks designed to keep people out? I'm giving 4 instead of 5 stars only because they arrived about 45 min later than the time we scheduled, but overall the service was great. Would recommend them to anyone who's locked out. more

Impressively quick service! It was 4:30am on a Monday morning. On my way to work, I realized I had locked my car and house keys in the house. So I called these guys and they came out nearly fifteen minutes later... and the price was quite reasonable. Ridge security & key are definitely the best locksmith service around.
