Review content:
The apartments are in a great location. Close to Cameron Village, close to downtown - easy access to all things fabulous for you twenty-somethings. The apartments one probably could have called "cute and charming" if we weren't nearly 20 years out now from their early 90's renovation. Now, they're dingy, mouse and insect infested and so poorly insulated that you can hear every word of your neighbor's conversation and I speak from experience....every last dime you saved to go out on the town in your fabulous new neighborhood will be put into the kitty called PSNC energy. The grounds are poorly maintained, the parking is a horrible situation, the Yelvertons will in fact enter your apartment without notice, and they will verbally abuse you - even if you are a tenant they consider one of their best. I will not get into specifics about my experience with the Yelvertons. I'd like to remain anonymous because they quite frankly scare me. But I will say this: Entering into a contract with them is something I consider to be one of the biggest mistakes I ever made.
