As I am shopping to buy a guitar in the next month, and looking at the selections they have of guitars which is ok at best, I’m a PRS Gibson kind guy witch the don’t have any high end new stuff… I over hear a customer ask about a strap and what is a good strap to get, and the sails person says “rudely good is a restive term.” This should have been my queue to leave but , I naively though the guy was having a bad day. After a few minuets of walking around, I walk over to the counter and ask one of the salesman at the counter to show me what they had in the 2-3k price point? The sales man asks “ Do you have the money? “ I said no. His response was “ then don’t even ask me!!!” I then went over to my mom in acoustics told her what happened and she went over and said I would take her 3k to a guitar store elsewhere. He then went on to say” so we don’t care!!!!!” If you want to get treated badly go here. The employees are mean and don’t show any respect what so ever towards any one. The management is the mean. And remember the manager says we dot care!!!
