My wife and I recently took our 2003 Nissan to your Germantown dealership for repairs. Al James handles our case and efforts to seek reimbursement from our aftermarket warranty. He did a very impressive job and true to his promises kept our own charges reasonable. Since I am retired this was most welcome.
We have to say he did a wonderful job on our behalf and when my wife returned with the car she repeatedly said Mr. James was totally professional, polite and very kind. In other word, the perfect employee! Thanks for the fantastic job on our car we have been a client of Criswell for well over a decade and will continue to be one in the future.
