Review content:
I was pleased overall with their services. However, when I have the premium package and the baseboards are a requirement...everytime, they were not done. The first initial cleaning I had to ask the maid to re-clean the bathroom bc it did not smell fresh and the baseboard was still dirty. She did this when I asked. Another time, I came home and the baseboard was not cleaned in the bathroom and I could not say anything bc they had already left. However, they changed my sheets without me asking them on a regular week. Overall good cleaning--just wish they would get my baseboards in the bathroom (I have a 3 year old son, who is learning to "aim") and the bathroom just doesnt come out as fresh if they don't hit these troubled areas.
