I was told to stay away. I didn't listen. I learned my lesson the hard way. Check out some other options. There is an Apple retailer in Keene that I am told is superior to Brown. Something else to consider is a retailer with a lenient
return policy. Before making your purchase inquire about the return policy before making a purchase.
I am optimistic that as more people complain about their poor level of customer service, that they will change their business practices. We certainly don't need another empty building in Brattleboro.
