Review content:
Please do not waste your time or money dealing with this so called computer repair shop! I initially brought my laptop in because the monitor screen would not fully light up. But it was still a fully working computer. After taking over a week to put in a new screen, and being charged $300, I brought it home to find that the computer wouldn't even power on anymore. They had completely burned out the motherboard!! When I brought I back to the store, they had me leave it there so they could "research" the problem, only to find out after another 2 weeks, that the couldn't fix it. They then refused to reimburse me the $300 I paid to fix the screen which wasn't usable anyway! I had brought them a working computer which just needed a new screen, and was returned a piece of metal. Not to mention one of the "technicians"' in the back cursed at me when I was trying to reason with the owner about doing what was right and refunding me at least half. Lesson learned... I will be taking my business elsewhere futuristically.
