I originally brought my lap top to have my power jack repaired. My computer was returned 1 week later and I paid $100.00 the power jack lists for $4.95 but it was the expertise I paid for. 30 Dayss later dead computer battery not charging. Please stand by for reaction of store. My rating will be based on my expectation more

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND LACK OF TECHNICAL KNOW-HOW. I REQUESTED A SIMPLE OPERATION TO HAVE FILES COPIED ONTO A MEMORY STICK. I WAS CHARGED $200 AND WHEN I TRIED TO OPEN FILES ON STICK FROM HOME…THE DATA WAS CORRUPT. THE MEMORY STICK THEY USED AND SOLD ME WAS GARBAGE AND USELESS, AND HAD LOOSE PARTS. NEEDLESS TO SAY, I LOST ALL MY DATA. THE OWNERS WERE NASTY WHEN I ASKED FOR REIMBURSEMENT AND WALKED AWAY FROM ME. BEWARE TO CONSUMERS!! more

After paying $48 for diagnostics, the technician said it would take another $80 to write up anything on it. I asked that even a one liner on the invoice will do the job to take it to the shipper, but his attitude was 'talk to my hand.' According to him, the diagnostic is verbal indication of what's wrong with the machine only. Nothing can be written down. One has to be incredibly desperate or dumb to take his business at this place. AVOID it like a plague. more

Please do not waste your time or money dealing with this so called computer repair shop! I initially brought my laptop in because the monitor screen would not fully light up. But it was still a fully working computer. After taking over a week to put in a new screen, and being charged $300, I brought it home to find that the computer wouldn't even power on anymore. They had completely burned out the motherboard!! When I brought I back to the store, they had me leave it there so they could "research" the problem, only to find out after another 2 weeks, that the couldn't fix it. They then refused to reimburse me the $300 I paid to fix the screen which wasn't usable anyway! I had brought them a working computer which just needed a new screen, and was returned a piece of metal. Not to mention one of the "technicians"' in the back cursed at me when I was trying to reason with the owner about doing what was right and refunding me at least half. Lesson learned... I will be taking my business elsewhere futuristically. more

I have purchased several computers here and have been exceptionally pleased. PC Warehoure is reasonable and fast both in repairs and building computers. They are definitely know their product and are willing to teach both the novice and advanced computer user. Fairly priced and definitely a keeper in my file for future use. more
