My experience at Walser Hyundai was outstanding! It start from the moment I was greeted online by sale representative Mike Arnold, to the time I drove away in my 2011 Tucson! Mike was great and walked me step by step through the sales process. He got me in the car I really wanted. I have not had this type of experience before and will tell you I am a Walser Lifer – I will recommend Mike Arnold at Walser Hyundai to more family, friends and coworkers! I love my Tucson!!!! A have come to believe the art of customer service is a dying skill – I was supervised and refreshed to find a sales representative how really cared about getting me into the right vehicle that would fit my budget. Mike even called me to follow up and see how the car was driving and to see if I had any questions – this is the place to go to buy your next new or used vehicle, and look for that warm and friendly greeting of Mike Arnold.
