Review content:
After renting from 3 other property management firms in the NRV - Townside was the absolutely worst. Be sure to take photos of EVERYTHING before you move in. They'll charge you for things that weren't there when you moved in. We went for 3 weeks in August without AC, with no reduction in rent - apparently there's a clause in your lease stating they don't have to do anything. Worst move out procedures - will take every penny from you and no one will speak to you about it - everything has to be submitted in writing and you wait to hear from them. When we first looked @ the property we were told the newer appliances were to remain - BIG FAT LIE - we got stuck with a washer and dryer from the early '80s. When we called the office - they told us the guy who showed us the property no longer worked there. So they didn't have to do anything. I would advise everyone to avoid Townside at all costs.
