Good: Well, the staff was kind.. Bad: You are rushed through. Had dr freeze a new spot off of me even though I am a melanoma patient. I was told, "if it comes back we will send it off". If it comes back it may be too late. The first visit was great, the second and third, not so much.. Improvements: They need to know the patients history. In the least look at the chart for 2 minutes before going in. Do not patronize the patient as if they do not know anything about their own health. Review billing before it goes to the patient.. Other: Maybe I just got a bad seed. Maybe some of the other dr's here are great. I now see Dr. Skidmore who is wonderful. He/his staff take my call seriously and fit me in. He is gentle, kind and takes his time with you. You are not rushed through there like cattle as in other places..
