Josh from RR came out, listened and then rodded out/looked at problem for the diagnosis of broken sewer line in front yard. Immediately quoted the price for repair, set us up with financing and got a crew to start digging by 3:00pm so the 6 of us could finally use the bathroom/shower. Josh answered all my questions and the excavators were courteous and professional. The job finished up at 8:00pm. We were very impressed with the speed and professionalism of Roto-Rooter. Thank you!
