Review content:
They made huge screws up on our job, and then wouldn't even communicate with us after the mistakes were discovered. Rather than work to fix the problems, they did everything to avoid dealing with it even though they know it's their responsibility. Their mistakes affect the aesthetics, light, air flow of house, and even our health. It's one thing to make a mistake, it's another to not take any responsibility or even communicate with the customer. Even more strange - the architect never even came to our building site to see the land/view/etc before designing the house, even though we pleaded repeatedly for him to do so. We should have seen the warning signs then...
