My poor little MINI needs a bunch of things done to it...
I took it to MINI of Ontario today. I do not have my MINI back yet, but so far I have to say that MINI of Ontario is incredible. They have treated me not only like I bought my MINI from them (which I didn't), but kind of like I own the place. When I pulled up for service this morning, Clay came right out to greet me. We talked about what I needed done with the MINI, did the regular service talk, etc. He took me inside to Miguel who got my service order done quickly. While that was being done, Eric came up to introduce himself, and actually seemed to care if I liked the MINI or not. A few others had come up to see if I needed anything, they were friendly, helpful. A MA (I am so sorry I did not get her name) showed us the "kid room" and put on "Cars" for my son. Even though he was running around the place, noone rolled their eyes, or gave me "the look"- they actually talked to him. Now, I bought my car at another dealer, and the second my car went out of warranty, they began charging me for a loaner, which actually was a rental, not a loaner. Not only did Ontario loan me the loaner, they have let me keep it until my car is done, instead of just for the day. Which is pretty damn cool in my book.
Unfortunately, my car has alot more issues than I knew about, and the one major issue I had with the car (my headlight keeps going out) is not presenting itself to them. Kyle called me, discussed the problems with me, and even worked with me on figuring out what I have to get done now, and what I can wait to do until later. I will post more about the actual service, but I kind of felt that MINI of Ontario deserved props for what they have done thus far.
THANKS YOU GUYS!!!!
