Good: I liked that it was close and locally owned. This turned out to add no real benefits.. Bad: Terrible service in person, terrible communication--can't do much with them online or by phone. ATM system is a mess.. Improvements: Fix ATM machines, get more of them out there, and issue ATM cards that work. If they don't work, fix them.. Other: Really bad experiences overall, over nearly 10 years there..
