Good: I liked that it was close and locally owned. This turned out to add no real benefits.. Bad: Terrible service in person, terrible communication--can't do much with them online or by phone. ATM system is a mess.. Improvements: Fix ATM machines, get more of them out there, and issue ATM cards that work. If they don't work, fix them.. Other: Really bad experiences overall, over nearly 10 years there.. more

I really like this Credit Union. We have been members for approx 4 years and they just opened a new site! It is locally owned and is a full-service not for profit financial institution. They have loans, CD's, a quarterly newsletter, I don't have to have a certain amount in my checking and $5 keeps my savings account open. They also offer online services and we have one of our credit cards through them....When we first joined my husband was in school and we were a one income family. It was nice to be able to open savings accounts for the kids with $5 and no pressure! They have a drive up ATM and are always friendly and helpful! 1351 DR. MARTIN LUTHER KING JR.
