Review content:
The receptionist women is a problem, from the moment she answered my call. No other way to put it, she is clearly a miserable b****. However, this doctors office is very close to my home, took my insurance, and gave me a same day appointment- who cares if she wants to get catty with me?
When I got there the service did not get any better from her, no greeting, minimum amount of talking, no eye contact or smiling. Fine by me, I wasnt particularly interested in talking to her at this point either. I notice several Male patients coming in and out, and she was quick to greet them, make small talk and laugh with them, go figure...
Dr. Loeschen did not keep me waiting long- maybe 10-15 minutes. Once called to the little room the nurse was wonderful, and as sweet as can be (what a nice change from the cold waiting room...) And Dr. Loeschen CLEARLY knows his stuff, and went more in depth then any doctor I have ever visited.
All in all, the only reason I didnt give it 5 starts is because of the crazy receptionist lady, but the nurse and doctor were so good, and they took me on such short notice that I will probably be returning.
