Loeschen Steve Do

...than Dr. Loceschen's receptionist. I have never met such a rude human being in my life. It's comical how utterly crass and insensitive she is - I almost recommend the doctor just so people can experience this for themselves. I've tell anyone I can about my experience. It's like telling a myth, a fairytale, an epic of good vs evil. She's like g'damn kaiser soze. more

The receptionist women is a problem, from the moment she answered my call. No other way to put it, she is clearly a miserable b****. However, this doctors office is very close to my home, took my insurance, and gave me a same day appointment- who cares if she wants to get catty with me? When I got there the service did not get any better from her, no greeting, minimum amount of talking, no eye contact or smiling. Fine by me, I wasnt particularly interested in talking to her at this point either. I notice several Male patients coming in and out, and she was quick to greet them, make small talk and laugh with them, go figure... Dr. Loeschen did not keep me waiting long- maybe 10-15 minutes. Once called to the little room the nurse was wonderful, and as sweet as can be (what a nice change from the cold waiting room...) And Dr. Loeschen CLEARLY knows his stuff, and went more in depth then any doctor I have ever visited. All in all, the only reason I didnt give it 5 starts is because of the crazy receptionist lady, but the nurse and doctor were so good, and they took me on such short notice that I will probably be returning. more

As another stated, he is awesome - spends lots of time and truly cares about each patient. However, his receptionist is so rude that I avoid calling or going to see him unless absolutely necessary! He is so nice I do not see how he puts up with her behavior! more

While he may be a good physician he tolerates & defends his staff be rude and disrespectful to his patients. The receptionist/referral person is so offensive and rude that it doesn't matter how good a physician he is - it's not worth going to him to be treated in such a horrible manner. more

Dr. Loeschen is one of the best physicians I have ever used. His office is usually able to schedule an appointment with very little notice and is always running on time. He is very thorough and willing to spend as much time with the patient as necessary to ensure all of your questions are answered. I would highly recommend Dr. Loeschen. more
