Review content:
My car was hit while in a parking lot and received some minor damage. Nothing that was major, but a very large dent and a paint job was needed. I had 3 estimates done and Stokes was the middle one. I took it in and was told that it would take a week. That was fine, so I rented a car and left my car there with hopes of picking it up a week later. When I arrived, nothing had been done and I was told it would be another week. That was not so fine, but I had the rental car and my car did need repair, so again I left it there. When I returned again, the dent had been fixed, but not very well and the paint job had not been completed. I was angry at this point and picked my car up at that time and took it someplace else. It was repaired in a timely fashion at the other repair shop. I will not use this company again in the future.
