We used E R A Neubauer Real Estate when buying our house and I have to say it was not the most pleasant experience. When I called, I originally called to look at a house I had had my eye on for some time, but was not for sale. So when I saw that it was finally for sale, I called right away. Our realtor did make an appointment for the very next day which was great. I found that I didn't really like that house, but we were in the market for a house. I told her what I wanted and we received a print out of houses that fit that criteria. The house that we bought was not even in that group and it was exactly what we wanted and about $20,000 less than our maximum price, so it should have been. I actually found the house myself by looking at another realtors web site. Once our bid was accepted, the fun began. We had to fill out the same paperwork numerous times as they kept getting misplaced. This was not convenient for my husband who had to take off work each time to do that. We had some issues at closing, like we received only 1 key to the entire house and the previous homeowners left us a garage full of junk to remove when we moved in. After closing, our realtor acted like she could care less about the issues and I ended up going to the seller's realtor to get keys - he handled the situation very well, but that left me more than disappointed with the services we received from our realtor.
