Review content:
Pasta Vita started by providing their freshly made, gourmet ravioli and pasta to local restaurants. They opened their doors to the public and offer their pastas and entree's as take out. Recently, they moved into a larger location which makes for a more pleasant shopping experience.
Raviloi's include lobster, crabmeat and asparagus, portabello mushroom, butternut squash and about 20 others. They offer inspiring meals such as wild mushroom lasagna, chicken and asparagus lasagna, pasta alla Vita (vodka sauce) with shrimp, and tuscan style short ribs. In addition to hot entree's, they offer delicous salads, (a favorite is the gorganzola/walnut salad), homemade soups, sauces, breads and pastry items. The food is served in individual portions to feed one or two people, and the lasagnas also come in a full sheet pan to feed 8-10.
