I called this company for an estimate on a new garage door. They gave me a phone estimate and offered to send someone out to measure the door. The guy arrived in a truck that said "Never a trip charge", measured my door, and then told me there was a 25.00 charge for the measure trip.
When I filed a complaint, they said they clearly state their fees on the website. But never advised me to check the website.
There are much better garage door companies out there, that are up front about their pricing, and don't shock you with surprise trip charges. I had four estimates done, and this is the only company that charged me for a measure. They also said they price match, and the guy asked what my other estimates were, and then wrote an estimate for higher than 2 other companies.
