Excellent\r Dustin F. from USA\r \r This was a top notch experience from start to finish. We had two problems with our garage door - it would randomly open itself and it was noisy as h$ll. After receiving the flyer in the mail, validating their BBB status and the fact that they were with Tom Martino's list, I gave them a call. After a quick consult, they were able to book me exactly when I wanted. \r \r William came by to conduct the service. He was a nice guy and helped explain my options - both the ""NEEDS"" and the ""Options"" to solve my concerns. I decided to have them fix the rollers and put in a new garage opener. William did a great job with the repairs and was very professional the entire time. Despite the fact that I had this guy working late on a Friday night, he was in great spirits and took his time to make sure everything was in proper working order. So far (it's been a couple days), we are extremely pleased with the work. One company actually left here and told me it was fixed when she had caused more damage to it. This time we called ONE CLEAR CHOICE, David came out later that afternoon, with no trip charge. And now our garage door opens quietly and more efficiently. He was a very honest, pleasant, hard working young man. IF...IF we ever have to have it worked on again we will call David again. Thank you so much I can park in the garage again!! Pros:No trip charge, honest, dependable,did not try to sell me parts I did not need. Each time Dave has come out to repair the damage he a) arrived promptly and fixed everything before my husband got home b) provided excellent customer service by telling me "it happens all the time" and keeping a straight face c) keeps it absolutely affordable so I can continue to run into the garage on a regular basis and d) knows how to fix it each and every time I damage it. I called this company for an estimate on a new garage door. They gave me a phone estimate and offered to send someone out to measure the door. The guy arrived in a truck that said "Never a trip charge", measured my door, and then told me there was a 25.00 charge for the measure trip. When I filed a complaint, they said they clearly state their fees on the website. But never advised me to check the website. There are much better garage door companies out there, that are up front about their pricing, and don't shock you with surprise trip charges. I had four estimates done, and this is the only company that charged me for a measure. They also said they price match, and the guy asked what my other estimates were, and then wrote an estimate for higher than 2 other companies. Cons: Undisclosed trip charges more
