I had to deal with John Tennis Towing after I was in a place I shouldn't have been, while this was completely my fault the customer service I experienced would not let me recommend them as a company for any of their services. When retrieving my car they requested car insurance papers and a drivers license which both were left in my car....questions like this led me to have doubts about the quality of John Tennis Towing. When I finally did retrieve my car they had covered the rolled down window which I did appreciate.
