My daughter's car wouldn't start at PSU. My husband & I are AAA members but my daughter is not. We still called AAA for their recommendation. We knew we would have to pay but felt safer with an AAA approved service. WRONG. After waiting forty minutes for them to arrive they would not take her debit without an ID. She have told them she was paying with a debit card & could have gotten her ID in the 40 minutes she was waiting. So they left. She got her ID & have to wait for them to return. Finally they started the car. She asked if she needed to do anything & was told it was ok to go. While in traffic at the BJC the car stalled & would not start. She called John Tennis Towing again. They came back & charged her another $40.00. If she was told to let the car charge & run awhile we would only be out $40 dollars instead of $80.00. How terrible to take advantage of a young girl on her birthday. Shame on you. more

I had to deal with John Tennis Towing after I was in a place I shouldn't have been, while this was completely my fault the customer service I experienced would not let me recommend them as a company for any of their services. When retrieving my car they requested car insurance papers and a drivers license which both were left in my car....questions like this led me to have doubts about the quality of John Tennis Towing. When I finally did retrieve my car they had covered the rolled down window which I did appreciate. more

I have been going to Tennis Towing for all of my repairs. They always explain everything clearly to me. So far they have not performed any unnecessary repairs or tried to sell me new parts that I don't need. For example, about six months ago my car vibrated whenever I used the brakes above a certain speed. I did some of my own research and guessed that I had warped brake rotors. I took the car into Tennis Towing, and they were able to machine the rotors straight for about $70 rather than replacing the rotors which would have cost me in the hundreds of dollars. I have also had problems with my check engine light and my airbag light. They explained to me that the engine light was due to a an 02 sensor, and that it was of no concern and that the airbag light was due to a clock spring. They never pressured me to change them. Another good thing about Tennis Towing is that they are usually open late because of their towing business, so you can pick your car up after normal work hours. more
