I must admit, at first glance, this hotel is 5 stars. Great views in rooms, great complimentaries for guests (chauffeured Buick ride, champagne, breakfast, etc.). Rooms are done with nice touches as well. Spacious bathroom, great colors, but if you take a look a little closer, (at least the room we were in) seemed to be put together a little less care. Our room lacked a fan, even though the vent was there, it looked like someone before us for some reason had taken it out. The privacy doors to the bathroom weren't flush...just little things though. HOWEVER, when we reported this to the front desk, they looked at us suspiciously like we had done it or maybe trying to get a discount. That was the other thing...the staff could have been a little more customer friendly. Kinda cold at the front desk...but all in all for the one night we stayed in the hotel, it was worth it.
