As a client of Salon DeSante I felt the need to respond to the last review. Whoever ginat282 is, she's delusional!!! To insinuate that Frank DeSante's actions/behavior were inappropriate borders on slander and is harassment at the highest level. There is no one more professional with his clients than Frank. His clients are his life, as is his business. He is a gentleman and upstanding individual who would never jeopardize what he worked so hard to achieve.
A good stylist should ALWAYS study the face of their client. The cut has to fit the face. I guess that's why you were satisfied with your haircut.
I'd also like to know just who she questioned about him????
If your comfort level was disturbing enough to prompt this offensive, harmful, personal attack, why didn't you just leave????????? You know your statements are false. Why would you want to damage anyone's reputation as a human being?? This is the best salon around!!
