I bought my first Mercedes Benz and Mercedes Benz of Cary treated me VERY well last week during my car buying experience. My salesperson Mark went over all the details of the car, had a great test drive and answered my tons of questions. And gave me a fair price so there was no haggling and no pressure. He was so genuine. In finance, Ben Metzler gave me excellent personal service. He gave me the pros and cons of each additional service, gave me a great interest rate and made a normally stressful expectation overwhelming calm and enjoyable. He answered my email questions in a timely manner, did the math for me several times regarding the down payment and monthly payments. I was very pleased with the entire experience. And still a little shocked it went so smoothly. Warmest regards to the entire MB of Cary staff. I will definitely return. -KP
