They are great. came to my new home to replace all of my locks last year. He was quick, efficient and his prices were fair. The key event happened several months later, when my 2 yr old son was locked in his bedroom mistakenly by an inside lock that was erroneously set in lock mode (fortunately he slept through it). I called their receptionist and she sent me a locksmith right there on the spot as it was an emergency. She even called to check in and make sure he arrived. After he opened the door he charged me well over the quote she gave me over the phone, so I called her back at the number I had right away and she said "let me talk to him!" and suddenly the price dropped by $20. After the transaction was completed they called to make sure the credit was back on my card. It was. That is amazing customer service, and for that i add the 5th stars as they went out of their way to make sure I was happy.
