Where the key went, I have no clue. But how much it cost to replace, I now know! It wasn’t what I wanted to spend my money on, I know that for a fact! Looks like I need to postpone picking up a new PS3 move! (the whole package costs bout the same) more

Please for the sake of Big G up in the sky... Don’t let me lose any more keys!!! Every time I do I call these guys and they are more than happy to unlock the door for me! But it is killing my savings fund! lol more

I can’t understand why a lock with a missing key needs to be drilled out but apparently, that is exactly what needs to be done. And these guys know how to do it fast! The work was done in a matter of minutes and really wasn’t all too expensive despite drilling out the original lock.. more

I can't complain. They came to the job and opened the car door after I realized that my keys were inside! The service was just about what I would expect to pay for a later model car. but Overall, it was a positive experience... even though it cost me 150... more

I live nearby and got locked out late last night - they came very quickly ( he was here in about 20 minutes ) and opened my front door for me in about an additional 5 minutes. He was super nice and did not try to over charge me anything for it being the weekend or late night. Lovely service gets 5 stars from me. Thanks. more

They are great. came to my new home to replace all of my locks last year. He was quick, efficient and his prices were fair. The key event happened several months later, when my 2 yr old son was locked in his bedroom mistakenly by an inside lock that was erroneously set in lock mode (fortunately he slept through it). I called their receptionist and she sent me a locksmith right there on the spot as it was an emergency. She even called to check in and make sure he arrived. After he opened the door he charged me well over the quote she gave me over the phone, so I called her back at the number I had right away and she said "let me talk to him!" and suddenly the price dropped by $20. After the transaction was completed they called to make sure the credit was back on my card. It was. That is amazing customer service, and for that i add the 5th stars as they went out of their way to make sure I was happy. more

Okay. These guys are the bomb! They came out and hooked me up when I needed someone to do me a solid. No problems and they werent expensive neither. Good service people. more

When I lost my spare, I knew I was in trouble. Mainly because I knew that I locked the original in the car. I guess it wasn't so bad. I basically used my phone to find a local guy and *POOF* I found one. I called and the guy on the phone said that the tech would be here in about 45 minutes, and almost like clockwork, he was at my door asking where the car was. He opened the door and I was a happy man. I wasn't so happy about the price, but I guess that was the punishment for losing a key.. Karma is a B sometimes.. lol more
