In-Shape City has so much to offer! They have a great variety of cardio machines to warm up on and then all the weight machines to strengthen and tone up! They also have a large free weight area for those interested in that. There is an indoor pool and locker rooms with showers as well. They offers lots of classes including water classes. the class instructors are all great! For those ladies who are self-concious, they also have a ladies only area upstairs!! And they offer a daycare area for kids as well! Parking is also great, lots of it available. Perfect place for a GREAT workout!
