For the 6 months that I went there, it was a really nice gym. They offered a really nice variety of classes and they had a clean pool to swim in. I liked the big tvs they had in the front section and how they also had a private section for the women upstairs. That is really nice. I also like that they separate the "bodybuilders" section from the rest. The basketball court is also great! more

Perfect place for a great work-out 8/18/2005

In-Shape City has so much to offer! They have a great variety of cardio machines to warm up on and then all the weight machines to strengthen and tone up! They also have a large free weight area for those interested in that. There is an indoor pool and locker rooms with showers as well. They offers lots of classes including water classes. the class instructors are all great! For those ladies who are self-concious, they also have a ladies only area upstairs!! And they offer a daycare area for kids as well! Parking is also great, lots of it available. Perfect place for a GREAT workout! more
