Review content:
I have personally been there, and feel that there is a pushy additude to buy things. Also I have friends that have been yelled at because they told the assistant how much they had, and were yelled at by the doctor when the doctor went ahead and did a bunch of tests.
Also if you saw on the news, the Masterson Animal Clinic was the site of a carbon monoxide scare during the recent winter storm for running a generator in a basement.
With the pushy/angry attitude, and a big mishap, which maybe this is just the first, like the silent killer, I would not trust to leave my pooches with them again.
Prices aren't as outrageous as other places per item, but the sell to get you to purchase everything is a big downturn. Also the *bedside manner* of the main doctor is less than satisfactory. Over explaining, and demeaning some times. Sure I can get an earful of big words and have him act better than me, but that is all taken care of in the end because I just will not go back. End of story.
Wonder what they will end up on the news for in the future?
Pros: throurough sounding checkup.
Cons: tests are all done outside of clinic so all the results are slowish. No one to greet you till they hear the doorbell ring.
