Review content:
OCT provides phone service to many off campus apartment complexes. They also provide Internet access in many of these. When I lived in Liberty Square, I used OCT for phone, calling card and Internet access. The phone and calling card worked pretty well. The card wasn't as cheap as the MCI or other cards you can get. The Internet access went out at the most inconvenient times -- like when I was trying to finish a school assignment in the middle of the night. Although they claim to have night tech support staff, they seemed to rarely answer the phone and when they did they usually couldn't solve the problem. Most people won't have a choice about whether to use OCT or not, but be aware of these issues.
