Review content:
I got a car wash at the one located at 103rd and state line. During the car wash the conveyor belt stopped and once it started up again I noticed I was only a few inches from the car in front of me. As my car was in neutral on the conveyor belt, my vehicle hit the rear bumper of the vehicle in front of me, near the end of the wash tunnel. I called the corporate office the next day for a refund which was only $3; the lady's response was I got the was so I dont deserve a refund. Way to treat your customers CAR WASH 103; ESPECIALLY WHEN YOU HAVE A COMPLAINT. I even asked the lady to review the camera she said they had and see if the refund was even worthy but her response was no!
