AWFUL! They just changed the person in charge, and it was the worst thing they could have done. I have lived in Arbor Creek for 2 1/2 years so far, and the new guy in charge, Corky, has left me counting down the days until I can leave this terrible place. I have never been treated with such disrespect and unwillingness to help. My water heater, dryer, and power have been broken for months without repair. I was treated as if I was a liar and everything that was not working properly in my apartment was my fault. I have never felt so uncomfortable in my own apartment. I am appalled by the customer service, or lack thereof, exhibited by this company. Besides old, nonworking appliances, there are bugs because the doors and windows are sealed improperly. There is almost no storage space throughout the entire apartment. Get ready to spend a lot of money on space saving alternatives. This place is not worth it - save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else!!
