Review content:
Good: For a while when first signed up the cash price was good.. Bad: Previous failures to honor their service contract. When my burner gave out they would not come out unless I pay them additional for the service although the contract said repair at no cost. They are rude and arrogant when one points out any problems. I did not renew the service contract after that. I did continue buying from them for a while after that mostly because I was too lazy to look for another company. Totally unreliable if you run out of oil, cannot get things done.. Improvements: Don't care anymore since I got the improvement by getting another oil company.. Other: At least twice recently failed to show up when promised with oil delivery and the last time wasted two days of my time (while my house was at 40F) before I gave up and got another company to come out deliver oil. They are rude and arrogant when you insist that they live to their obligations and suggest you go elsewhere if you don't like the way they run things. They think they have you over a barrel, and they do, over a barrel of oil, when you are freezing your butt off..
