Good: I've been going to Computer Surplus since 1990. Lee & Thomas are the kind of men who you can trust.
At every dealing I've had with them, Integrity was always a part of how they deal with customers. Best of all, when I come in with a problem they never fail to solve it. Bad: I wish they had a shop in Bellevue. Improvements: I went to one computer shop in Bellevue, explained a problem, and the fellow wanted me to leave the computer and would charge a basic fee of $65. When I took it to Lee, he said, "You forgot to push this button!" No charge, of course.. Other: Ever since I've been going to Lee, he has invariably been straightforward and honest, even to the point of telling me what to do or just the thing I needed to have, even if it means he's not selling me something. And his prices are very reasonable!!
Guys like this are rare..
