In spite of the snow on the ground, we had a very good experience with Roto-Rooter as we always have had. We have been using Roto-Rooter for preventive maintenance (we had our main stack cleaned out) for almost ten years, and are impressed with their thoroughness, cleanliness, and advice. We trust their opinions and don't feel as though they will give us misguided information. Today, we had Shawn who was pleasant, very thorough, and was very careful in keeping the snow and dirt outside.
